An oversized waistline is not only a nightmare, but also not good for your overall health. As a matter of fact, research has proven that excess fat in your abdomen and waist region can lead to diabetes, and other health problems.
So getting rid of built-up fat in ur abdomen and waistline is something that you need to take very seriously. Anyways, I am not here to lecture you on the dangers of excess abdominal fat, but I am here to share my proven method of defeating the dreaded abdominal fat with you.
I have always been a very slim guy until the year 2011. That was the year I started gaining weight real fast because of lifestyle changes and poor food choices. I tried exercising, but sooner or later I would loose interest once I don't start seeing results immediately.
And since I don't have the money to buy healthy food all the time, I was left discouraged, dejected, frustrated, and sad. My self-esteem plummeted at an alarming rate. I didn't love myself as much as I used to anymore.
I had to discard majority of my clothes, especially trousers and shorts as a result of my ever expanding wastline. But just when I was at my lowest point, I made a wonderful discovery. I noticed that ever since my waistline expanded, I always feel tired, especially around my abdomen and waist region. It was this realization that led to my life changing discovery.
So below, I am going to lay it out the exact same way I did it and it worked for me.
My method is a combination of stress, discomfort, light exercise, and waist extension drills. Now here it goes;
It is not possible to spot lose weight, especially stubborn abdominal fat but I think my strategy has already counterfeited that popular belief. Like I mentioned earlier I soon discovered that the more I add weight in my midsection, the more tired I was becoming. So I said to myself, to beat fatigue I need exercise, but not just any regular exercise, but a self crafted exercise routine.
Put pressure on your midsection at every given opportunity. Yes you heard me right; as much as possible put pressure or enormous stress on your abdomen/midsection. There are several ways to do this;
1. Walking long distances.
2. Spot jogging (joining on one spot)
3. Wearing extremely tight shorts or trousers. For the men, don't give your belt too much allowance, let it be as tight as possible.
Yes it is very uncomfortable, but therein lies the magic to burning off abdominal fat.
4. Waist extension drills - Get an empty can of insecticide or spray starch. Now carefully fold a towel and place it on the floor. Place the empty can on the towel, then lie flat (on your back) on top of the can. Make sure your midsection is resting right on top of the can.
Remain in that position for a minimum of 30 minutes. After like 2 minutes you will start feeling strong tension around your abdomen and waistline. The tension is so intense that you might even be tempted to roll off the can, but please bear it.
In my case, there are nights I purposely sleep on the floor just to carry out this drill. Even when you finally roll off the can, you will still feel the tension for another hour. But trust me if you can do this once a day coupled with the other exercises I mentioned above, your waistline will be trimmed in less than 6 weeks.
I trimmed my waistline from 43 to 36 within 2 months doing exactly what I outlined in this article. Give it a try and thank me later.
For best results, focus on points 3 and 4 above. 1 and 2 are important but not really compulsory..
